A family’s home is a very special place. To some, the most important place in the world with its memories of raising of children and the many celebrations that families share within its walls over the years.
But that special place can instantly become a nightmare without the proper documentation for the distribution of the estate if the owner of the home passes away. It can be both emotionally and financially devastating to those left behind and through no fault of their own.
This very scenario plays out many, many times a day in all of our communities and leaves in its wake feuding, bitterness and economic destruction.

Having experienced this very scenario with my own family that dragged out over 40 years due to multiple family members dying almost in succession without any of them having a Last Will and Testament in place to alleviate the burden of unnecessary financial expenditures and unanswered questions.  This caused immeasurable emotional damage to my family not to mention the multi-generational wealth that was needlessly squandered.

My family could have lived a very different lifestyle had all of the assets left behind by the estate been properly managed by having a simple Will and a competent executor to follow the proper procedures in disseminating my mother’s estate. But my experience is by no means unique! I know that there is a need for an  Advocate to help executors and family members through the complicated, and potentially costly,  Probate process.I have made a commitment, both personally and professionally, to lead the charge on behalf of executors and family members alike and simplify the rigors of Probate.
